Graduating the “Octav Bancila “ Arts National College in Iasi, clothing design section, she continued to study at George Enescu University in Iasi, specializing in ambiental mural.

She first made contact with the fashion world by taking part of the Ravioli brand for a short period, then Tiffany, where she took the first steps in designing a clothing piece, the sketch – final product process.

Then followed the catwalk collections, which were introduced in the Romanian Fashion Week in 2006, 2007 and 2008, Egon von Furstenberg -Palermo, Sarajevo Fashion Week, Zagreb Fashion Week, Kiev Fashion Week sand MQ Vienna Fashion Week, Pret-a-Porter Salon in Paris.

Simultaneously, she designed casual collections, first for Irina Schrotter, then for the Sense brand, collaborating ever since. For the Sense brand, she designs the collections in their stores, but also, the Andreea Tincu & Sense line.

The Andreea Tincu collections are frequently inspired from arts, but also from her passion for exploiting volumes and the geometry of shapes. At the same time, minimalism is often present in the outfits she creates, Andreea proposing apparently simple collections, but with a clever and innovative technical construction.

Each collection reveals a symbol-element which can be found in certain pieces within that collection, embroided or imprinted.
